If it were my own choice I would leave 0 stars, because this branch only has one executive serving, and of the four windows there were only two open, there is no space for people to line up properly. It is the worst branch of any bank I have ever been to, they are extremely slow, they had me waiting for 4 hours just for something that didn't take more than 10 minutes, and even serving me took 20 minutes. This is completely unacceptable, if they cannot even properly maintain a better branch or put one up.
